Yoga WS at Phnom Penh

During this tour (Cambodia,Vietnam tour), I organized YOGA Work shop(WS) for the first time in my life at Phnom Penh. My WS's name is "Tofu Yoga Works".
This experience excited me. In specific, One of participants said that he begin yoga, So I was very happy.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity and sharing this time with me.

人生で初めてヨガのワークショップを開催しました（Tofu Yoga Worksという名前をつけてみました）。素晴らしい経験でした。ちなみにWSは最初に小話をしてから、呼吸法、アーサナの順番で進めました。

  • どうやって統合するのか (How do we integrate something?)
